What are the available Filter types?

The available Filtering criteria (in the configuration tool):

1. Equal - Using this criteria, the data you are filtering on needs to be an exact match.

2. Not Equal - Using this criteria, you would select a value you want filtered out of the data.

3. Greater Than - This criteria (used for numbers) would enable you to look for values that are Greater Than what you set in the Filter.

4. Greater Than or Equal - This criteria (used for numbers) would enable you to look for values that are Greater Than or Equal to what you set in the Filter.

5. Less Than - This criteria (used for numbers) would enable you to look for values that are Less Than what you set in the Filter.

6. Less Than or Equal - This criteria (used for numbers) would enable you to look for values that are Less Than or Equal To what you set in the Filter.

7. Begins With - This criteria allows you to Filter a Field that begins with specific letter(s) or number(s).

8. Does Not Begin With - This criteria allows you to remove values in a Field that begin with specific letter(s) or number(s).

9. Ends With - This criteria allows you to Filter a Field that Ends With specific letter(s) or number(s).

10. Does Not End With - This criteria allows you to remove values in a Field that end with specific letter(s) or number(s).

11. Contains - This criteria allows you to Filter values that Contain the value(s) you set in the Filter.

12. Does Not Contain - This criteria allows you to remove values that Contain the value(s) you set in the Filter.

13. Is Null - This criteria allows you to filter out records that have any data (in the specified Field). Null is the absence of any data at all. (Note that 'NULL' is not the same as the integer 0. This is because 0 is data.)

14. Is Not Null - This criteria allows you to filter out records that have NO data whatsoever (in the specified Field). A Field with any data in it can NOT be NULL. (Note that 'NULL' is not the same as the integer 0. This is because 0 is data.)

15. Is In - This criteria allows you to only show records that have the specified Field (matching a value within a list of acceptable values).

16. Is Not In - This criteria allows you to filter out records that have the specified Field (matching a value within a list of acceptable values).

17. Matches Regular Expression - This criteria allows you to only show records that have the specified Field (matching a "regex" [regular expression]).

18. Does Not Match Regular Expression - This criteria allows you to filter out records that have the specified Field (matching a "regex" [regular expression]).
