How do I create a User ?
Open the Navigation menu.

Under the Navigation menu, select the System option.

From the System menu, select Users.

From the Users menu, select Add New User.

Enter the Info for the User.
Required Fields have been highlighted for this example. Enter any optional Fields wanted.

Access Types:
Note: Users will have full access to anything they create.

1. Dashboard/Form - All Access is given through User Groups. Can access:
- Forms
- Dashboards
- Exports
2. Standard - Gives normal access based off of the User Group assigned. Can Create:
- Workspaces
- Views
- Exports
- Conditional Formating
- Charts
- Flows
- All other Permissions are handled via User Groups
3. Creative/Power - All permissions are the same as the Standard User. Can Also Create:
- Alarms
- Themes
- Dashboards
- Connections
- Field Types
- Folders
- Tables
- Forms
- Business Rules
- Raw to Clean Maps
- File Importer Locations
- All other Permissions are handled via User Groups
4. Admin - All permissions as the Standard User + Creative/Power User. Can Also Create/Modify:
- Users
- User Groups
- All other Permissions are handled via User Groups
Click the Save icon when completed.

Congratulations, you have created a User!
